Newsletters £500 + VAT

Initial newsletter setup

- A consultation where you will be assigned one of BU's journalists or PR consultants*. You'll either meet face to face or have a telephone consultation where you will work together to examine the style and tone that you'd like for your newsletter. Much of this process will be asking what you want from your newsletter, who it's likely to go to and what their main interests will be.

- BU will create your own account with a reliable web-based newsletter system and provide you with three different templates from which you can choose the one you prefer.

- BU will then work on the content, and once it's signed off we will send the newsletter out. BU will provide you with your own passwords, meaning you can track who has opened your e-mail and where they went via your newsletter links. It will also give you the chance to see if anyone has forwarded your newsletter and help you keep a track of what your newsletter is achieving in terms of spreading your word.

Follow-up newsletters £275 + VAT

- This will include a telephone consultation on the achievements of the past month or quarter, plus any changes or updates. You will also be asked to provide any photographs for the newsletter.

- Your consultant will then write the newsletter based on your discussions and send you through a proof to amend or approve, before sending your update out.

*Your dedicated consultant will be the same person throughout and will be a qualified and experienced journalist, PR expert or published author.
